Suspected Harasser Asked: 'Yet Suppose I Might Be Madeleine?'
A female charged with harassing Kate McCann apparently deposited her a phone message which questioned: "what if I am Madeleine?"
Julia Wandelt, twenty-four, who court testimony revealed has consistently claimed she was the disappeared Madeleine McCann, and Karen Spragg are on trial indicted with pursuing Kate and Gerry McCann from June 2022 and February this year.
On Monday, the court was told communication data and data obtained from phones recorded Ms Wandelt repeatedly asking Madeleine's mother for a biological test throughout 2023 and 2024.

While another instance of Ms Wandelt's one-way conversations with Mrs McCann's answerphone stated: "Imagine there is a tiny probability that I'm her? What happens next? Isn't that important for you?"
"I do not need money, I have a existence here in Poland, I only wish to understand," the recording stated.
The tribunal was informed that through emails, mobile messages and communications, Ms Wandelt demanded a DNA test, transmitted youth pictures to her phone in a effort to demonstrate a resemblance to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and stated to have "recollections" from a early life with the McCanns.
Robert Jones, an investigator with Leicestershire Police who gathered the data, told the court there "didn't appear to be any responses" from Mrs McCann.
Ms Wandelt additionally contacted family friends of the McCanns, based on the call data.
On that date, the father answered a call from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, saying she had "incorrect contact information."
