Colts Face Falcons in Berlin – Week 10 NFL Action
Guten tag, football fans. How are you? Alles klar I trust on this excellent morning kickoff to the tenth week coming straight outta Germany. The Olympiastadion in Berlin to be exact where at 9:30 AM EST and 2:30 PM GMT the powerful Indianapolis Colts (7-2) take on the Atlanta Falcons (three wins and five losses). This marks the fifth matchup played on German soil and the initial in the capital city.
Pre-match Key Moments
When it comes to glittering attire that is an absolute belter from the Olympic figure skater on the coin toss. A slight fluff from Sky Sports there as we hear “who won the toss?” from the commentator with an accidentally live microphone.
So, the Colts have won the toss and have elected to receive. The Colts' offense will be taking the field soon. Will the QB bounce back after a difficult performance in Pittsburgh?
Not to be outdone the vocalist performing the Star Spangled Banner has some of the biggest shoulder embellishments you are bound to notice. Loving the sartorial choices today. The game is about to start after a choir performance for the national anthem of Germany. Elegant.
Opening Period Action
Scoreless at 13:30 in the first
Here we go! And we have early drama after the Colts running back catches a screen pass, sweeps out for 15 yards to the right side then loses the ball … only for his center to recover the fumble with the recovery. Indianapolis quickly moves into Atlanta's half.
Still scoreless at 10:51
And the excitement continues as the Indianapolis attempts a fourth-down conversion. The gamble fails to pay off as Josh Downs fails to catch a fastball from Jones. Prior to the failed attempt the Falcons defender put a huge hit on tight end Mo Alie-Cox. The Falcons have come out fighting on defense as they attempt to end their three-game losing streak. Following that, Sauce Gardner makes his first appearance!
Score Recap
First score: Colts lead 6-0 at 8:36
Was that a missed touchdown by Kyle Pitts? The Falcons player makes a crucial error, he was very open but the ball just slips through his grasp. That moment reflects the high draft pick's professional journey to date.
So far, so disappointing but it only deteriorates for the Atlanta as they turn over possession to the Indianapolis on the 23-yard line. Michael Penix Jr is sacked and fumbles the football.
An agile 22-yard rush from the Colts receiver sets the running back up to easily run for a touchdown on the next snap. Kicker Michael Badgley misses the point after attempt. Oops.
Falcons respond: 6-7 at 6:07
The quarterback recovers from the turnover by leading Atlanta on a long drive for a score of their own. The wide receiver makes some substantial catches to put them in the scoring area then the defense opens up for the running back to saunter on to the goal line through the middle of the defense for 13 yards. The running back finishes it off for a short scoring run of his own. Advantage Atlanta.

Additionally, the full slate starting at 12pm CST/1pm EST/6pm GMT (with home teams first) is as follows:
